If you would like to receive a pack, please contact us Before you are able to use our scanner, you will need to have your store fitted with Groves + Banks fixtures, and be sure that all your products are backed with our barcoded re-order tickets. Special Offers are available to customers refurbishing their outlet to make use of the scanner. |
| Step 1 | Scan the reorder ticket |  |
| Step 2 | Connect the serial cable. |  |
| Step 3 | Click on upload. If the system detects that this is the first time you've used the device, then it will download all the necessary software to your system automatically. |

| Step 4 | Click on validate. This will verify that the products scanned are stocked by us, allow you view more details on them if required and deselect some them prior to loading them into the basket |
